For transaction coordinators

A live closing timeline for every file you coordinate

Every file in one dashboard

All your deals, whichever agent they belong to, sorted by closing date — with what is overdue and what is due in the next three days flagged on each one.

A full timeline from one date

Pick the contract type — financed, cash, new construction, FSBO, or seller side — enter the effective date, and review every milestone before it is saved. Florida FAR/BAR periods are the defaults; you adjust anything your contract changes.

Reminders before each deadline

Email reminders go out ahead of each milestone to you and to the clients on the file, so a deadline does not depend on someone remembering to check.

Clients see who you actually are

The client’s timeline and invite email introduce you as their transaction coordinator, and name their agent beside you — taken from the agent details you add to the deal.

Know who has opened it

Each client shows as never opened, or when they last looked. Copy their private link or resend the invite from the deal.

No app, no login for clients

Clients open their timeline from a link and a one-time email code. Nothing to download, no password to forget.

What CloseClock isn’t

It is not a document, e-signature or brokerage compliance system, and it does not replace the platform your brokerage requires. It is the timeline layer that sits next to it: every deadline in order, reminders before each one, and a page your client can actually follow.

Questions coordinators ask

Do the agents I work for need an account?
No. Add the agent’s name, company, email and phone to each deal and the client sees them on their timeline. Agents do not get their own login to your files.
What do the post-closing emails look like for a TC account?
Clients get the closing summary and the 30- and 60-day check-ins. The day-90 review and referral requests are written in the agent’s voice, so they are not sent from coordinator accounts.
I already signed up as an agent. Can I switch?
Yes — change it under Profile. It takes effect on the next page your clients open and the next invite you send.
How is it priced if I coordinate for several agents?
Per transaction, not per agent or per seat: your first 3 transactions are free, then $10 for each new one. No subscription and no monthly fee.
